Sweet San Marzano sauce with garlic, caramelized onions, sugar, salt, parsley and other seasoning. The chicken was cut into 1/2 inch pieces and sautéed in Olive Oil with seasonings and then finished with garlic and butter. The chicken was removed from the pan, cooked sauce added with some heavy cream and freshly grated Parmesan, then I added the pasta and chicken back to the sauce, got everything evenly coated and baked it with some Grande Mozzarella and Provolone mix until golden brown.
