Sea bream is a local delicacy of Ehime Prefecture. We tried:
- Matsuyama Taimeshi: sea bream cooked with rice in claypot
- Uwajima Taimeshi: sea bream sashimi dipped into egg and soy sauce mixture and eaten with rice.
- Tai Somen: sea bream with somen and condiments.
- Tai Senbei: sea bream skin crackers
