Sea bream is a local delicacy of Ehime Prefecture. We tried:

  • Matsuyama Taimeshi: sea bream cooked with rice in claypot
  • Uwajima Taimeshi: sea bream sashimi dipped into egg and soy sauce mixture and eaten with rice.
  • Tai Somen: sea bream with somen and condiments.
  • Tai Senbei: sea bream skin crackers
