I have bought a smaller version of this for some boards I made from my local co-op but decided to try making it myself. I used sun dried tomatoes from a can next time I would make or buy a sun-dried tomato pesto instead.
Cheese: chevre cheese,mascarpone, cream cheese mixed in a bowl and pressed into a ring mold.
Filling: basil pesto, sundried tomatoes
