Exceptional showing for every wine — we were lucky.
The ‘93 Leflaive BBM was outrageously good; I gave it a 5% chance of showing well and it wowed.
‘70 Latour was served blind and we guessed ‘90 Latour or Lafite.
‘96 Masseto was served blind and we guessed mid-‘90s Right Bank … it was very good.
UC Jardins is exceptional Champagne — gives the Mesnil a run for its money …

I haven’t tasted the 1970 Latour in close to 20 years! How’s it tasting these days? If you blinded it for the 1990, I’m guessing it was still showing its heft!

How was the Musar Blanc? I drank one with u/skumgummii which I thought was exceptional.
