Sorry didn’t take more pics , 17# full rack, 250 for about 6 hours, pulled at 120 center, temp after an hour rest was 125-130, put in oven @500 for 10 minutes or so , about 130-135 center. Absolutely perfect. Dry brined for 24 hours, salt, pepper, garlic blend ( kinders), then did the butter, garlic & herb rub. 💯
