Liquid ravioli soup!!!

I haven’t seen anyone talk about this one so I’m curious what other people’s experience are with it.

Assembly to bake was super easy but I knew something felt wrong from the very beginning when I added all that water to the baking pan!!

I also had no idea how much kale to top it with. IT CAME WITH SO MUCH KALE. I ended up rescuing most of it and turning it into a delicious side salad—which, honestly, was the highlight of this meal.

Then came the bake. Thirty minutes under tin foil, only to unveil… soggy ravioli floating in a weird brown thin broth. The ravioli wasn’t even cooked all the way through! Cue another 20 minutes in the oven and me stirring it every 5 minutes like I was trying to summon an Italian grandmother to explain this mess.

In the end, I was left with ravioli soup topped with regret. The flavors weren’t bad (it was super salty and I also don’t loveee truffle), but the execution was a puzzle I couldn’t solve.

Oh no! I’ll be making this tomorrow. I didn’t read it closely and didn’t realize it was a baking recipe when I added it to the cart, lol. I’ll try boiling the ravioli, assembling it all in a pan, and hoping for the best 😅

Made it tonight. It was okay. I think using more of the kale would have made it less soupy for you. I used it all. Everything was cooked through.

One issue with mine was that instead of truffle powder, they gave me a packet of nutmeg! Fortunately I had my own truffle powder to use. Got a credit of about $5.
