First time making ramen in a few years. Think I'll be keeping this recipe and fine-tuning it.
I'm just really stoked on the egg though. I'm the best or most patient chef. The first attempt failed- didn't cook them hot enough. Second attempt is what is pictured. I was overjoyed when I cut that baby in half.
