    That looks delicious! One of the best Italian meals ever IMHO. It just takes a little planning and good execution.

  2. Looks fantastic, but the sauce looks like it could be loosened up with a little more emulsification. When you have the sauce in the pan with the pasta, try a little pasta water and a pat of butter for a really rich, glossy finish to the sauce.
