    Any experience with adding pearled barley to your soups? I’ve been researching it, and I really like the calorie to protein ratios. Kinda want to give it a shot, but I’m not sure if they’re stable in soups or might throw the flavors?

    Rotisserie is definitely useful for quick prep, especially if you’re just making solo or one other person. It’s also great for chicken taco dip!
