It only took about 5 million tries:

Sourdough
– 150-190g Starter
– 325g Water
– 525-550g AP flour
-Lodge Cast Iron Dutch Oven

Bake @ 450F for 30min w/lid then 10-15min no lid, let sit in Dutch oven covered until cool
