The Liberty Village location was posted here earlier this year and looked good but we're rarely out that way and hadn't got around to trying it yet. Found out this new location minutes away from us opened back in November and thought we'd pop in for a quick casual late dinner on Saturday. When we got there it was surprisingly totally packed with a nicer modern dining room than expected, we felt underdressed in our sweats lol. With no reservation we opted to sit at that bar over waiting 30 min for a table.
Not knowing much about this place before popping in I was impressed with the presentation and flavors of the dishes. I was expecting something good but typical along the lines of like Pai or Sukothai but this was some elevated Thai cuisine more interesting than most Thai spots we've tried over the years. One thing I'll say tho is the Liberty Village post mentioned big portions which maybe they are for downtown but the price to portions here were the one downside imo. That said the food is amazing and you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality and care in each dish. The service was also very pleasant and excellent, you can tell the staff here care and want this location to do well. Glad to have this in our hood now, will definitely be back in to try more and will reserve a table next time
