Beef Ribs @ 250 for 8 hours
Tomahawk @ 250 for about an hour or so, reverse seared on an open wood fire 🇺🇸 The Traeger really impressed me!

I used Costco pellets and thought they worked really well. The app made this cook way too easy. Glad to be on the Traeger Team
