Weird look on the top and not sure why. I used this Wilton icing color for the first time could that be why ? It appeared well incorporated in my meringue though. Thank you

    On a different note, I really like this look. Stone or rock macarons! This would look so great in a bowl surrounded by chocolate rock candies!

    Did it come out like this or after it cooled a bit? If its the later it may be under cooked
