    Kind of a home made recipe;

    4 Poblano peppers

    4 Serrano peppers

    4 Jalapeno peppers

    16 oz of black beans, kidney beans, and chili beans (each)

    5 oz shiitake mushrooms

    1 lb ground turkey – fry in a pan first

    30 oz tomato sauce

    Cook on Low for 6 hours

    Roughly 2400 calories / 175g of protein all said and done.

    That bean to meat ratio is interesting. It’s probably delicious but sadly not well suited to chili dogs.

    I feel like you need some beef broth and tomato sauce. This looks soooooo dry

    Okay so I understand that chili has regional variations, including tomato and beans and vegetables. Ground beef instead of steak. I have opinions but you should make the version that makes you happy.

    At the same time… Does this chili actually have any chili in it? I don’t see even a hint of a red tint.
