I’m a college professor and am going to take a day before the spring semester starts to cook some things to stock my freezer. I usually have time to cook for the first half of the week during the school year but being able to get something from the freezer for the second half of busy weeks can be a big help.

No veggies? If you grill up a bunch of them you can add to all these dishes!! I just did 3 full pans on the grill. Gotta love grill-roasted tomatoes on my steak in winter in northern Michigan 🙂
