    Do you use store bought ground pepper?

    More flavorful and you need less if you have a grinder if you do.

    Wonderful medium. Though, I would prefer my steak to have less seasoning so that it doesn’t burn on the crust and look all black. I’m sure it was great. Awesome steak.
