Wife’s 32nd Birthday Wine

Fantastic.

On the nose: red berries, dark cherry, leather, hint of tobacco.

Mouth: silky tannins, medium acidity, with minerals and some still punchy tannins.

Opened up nicely during our dinner over about 2 hours.
