I took some salmon and cubed it. marinated
in splash of wine, olive oil and dill. then added garlic. to a pan added the salmon and lightly. cooked and removed from the pan. then added shallots, garlic, delgazed with wine, added the stock, cream and reduced. then added some salt, lemon, black pepper, sugar, dill. hit with like 1/4 tsp, a tiny tiny bit of parm and waited for it to thicken before tossing in the salmon and the cooked gnocchi. Let it cook for a bit before plating. this is in the pan

gnocchi was like 6 potatoes, 1 egg, some salt, some olive oil and 4 or 5 handfuls of flour
