Meatballs: 3lb turkey meat and season with 1 cup breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp of garlic/onion powder, 1.5 tbsp paprika, salt and pepper till your ancestors tell you to stop. Form all of that into meatballs. Oil the pan with olive oil and cook at 425 for about 25 or until 165 F
Spaghetti: Rolling boil, insert pasta, stir occasionally and strain at 10 minutes
Sauce: Straight from the can onto the plate daily.
For dinner meal plans that I can leave at home I just pack them on pans or ziplock them up.
