  2. Cutting garlic or onion in slices, but starting vertically and then horizontally, is the stupidest and wrong way to cut anything, and all of you do it on camera.
    You start horizontally, and then vertically.

  3. Chefs here in Sweden say that pressed garlic gets a bitter taste, guess that’s a myth or only for the finer testers.
