I just made these. Going to use for my breakfasts. I always make a high volume egg and egg white bake with lots of vegetables for the week and I’m going to use these for the wrap.
Planning on baking 6 eggs, 9 egg whites, Trader Joe’s Mexican riced cauliflower, mini sweet peppers, tomatoes, and a little bit of reduced fat feta for breakfasts for the week and will wrap them up in the spinach wraps.
