https://pauliesaucerecipes.com/post/air-fryer-alfredo-wings/

Ingredients
* 1 ½ pound of separated chicken wings
* ½ stick of butter
* 4 ounces room temperature cream cheese
* ½ cup heavy whipping cream
* ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
* 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper(this measurement can be adjusted to your preference)
* 1 ½ tablespoons of all purpose seasoning(I used lemon pepper seasoning)
* ½ shallot diced
* 3 garlic cloves minced
* Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions
* Lay out your wings on a bed of paper towels and pat them completely dry. This will help the wings get crispy skin
* Season your wings on both sides with all purpose seasoning
* Let them sit for 10-15 minutes on an elevated rack
* Set your air fryer or oven at 375 degrees(190°C) for 20 minutes
* After 10 minutes flip your wings to ensure even cooking
* While your wings are cooking heat up skillet over medium heat
* Melt down your butter
* Once the butter is melted and hot add your diced shallots
* Allow the shallots to cook down for 2 minutes then add your minced garlic
* After the garlic and shallots become fragrant add cream cheese
* Mix in the cream cheese and allow it to cook down till the cheese is melted
* Mix in your heavy cream and season with black pepper
* Allow this sauce to cook down and thicken up and keep warm till the end of the cook
* After 20 minutes your wings will be cooked through make sure they have a 180-185 (82-85°C) degrees internal temperature
* Grab a mixing bowl and add your wings
* Drizzle some sauce over the top. Don't pour too much to ensure we keep that crispy skin
* PLate up your wings and garnish with fresh chopped chives
