

trying something new with the kimchi, since I didn’t have fish sauce I used oyster sauce instead (and a little thinly sliced carrot in there with the cabbage)! and the acorn jelly with spicy veg has gotta be one of my favorite sides! (both recipes from koreanbapsang but with some tweaks to the kimchi for personal taste and ingredients on hand)
