My friends and I love to buy a cheese pizza from costco and spruce it up with different things.
Today was Pesto, Dubliner cheese, and Bacon!
it’s like 35 dollars for a pie here so this really is the way to go when we’re trying to feed 10 people without eating crappy Dominos or avoid spending 100 dollars on pizza

You definitely elevated the pie! Good for you

  2. The cheap pizza hack is making your own. That’s like $3 of ingredients.

Is Dubliner popular in the US?! Didn’t know it was available outside of Ireland 🧐

I do the same stuff with Elio’s pizzas as just a quick dinner for myself.

I like to throw on some chorizo, chopped onions and cilantro, and some shredded Monterey Jack. Make it a Mexican pizza!

In New England, Market Basket pies are really decently priced. I do the same thing.

How is this a pizza hack? Everyone knows to buy the pie and take it home to add toppings of their choice.

I like the thin crust of the Costco cheese pizza. It’s not overly sauced either. Makes for a good base, so great idea to “hack” with this as a starter base!

  9. Love dubliner, though it’s Meg’s expensive in Canada. Used to always grab a block in the US Costco when we visited.
