So I love peanut butter and I used to just spread it on toast but you need to eat way too much to feel satiated, so I came up with this sauce that makes an entire bowl of noodles go so peanutty for a lot less peanut butter! You can use whatever noodle you want. Here I just did indomie's stir fry instant noodles (i'll save the sauce pack to use in another dish) but I do recommend vermicelli or specialised low cal noodles too. The portion size is not an exact science, I have 80g of dry noodles here because that's just how much was in a pack but it's definitely on the saucy side so iI feel like you can pack 100g dry noodles no problem.

For the sauce: 1 heaping tsp of peanut butter (62kcal), 1 flat teaspoon of honey (21kcal), 1/2 tsp of oyster sauce (2 kcal, optional), 3tdp soy sauce (9kcal). Stir when you start stirring it'll be clumpy at first and it'll look like it's not gonna even out, just trust the process. You can put all this together in the time your noodles take to soak innhot water, then just drain and mix 🙂
