    Pizza bianco! Damn, I love it! Especially with thinly sliced sweet, red onions added.

    Reminds me of a pizza I used to get from a place here that closed a few years ago. It was called the Wintergarten and was:(cornmeal crust) Olive oil, roasted new potatoes, corn, tomatoes, grilled portobello mushrooms, pepper-jack and walnuts, scallions after baking. One of the best and most unique pizzas I’ve had. Obviously not vegan, but could be made as such.
