IMO, the best part of a ribeye. Prime cuts.

Dang, I’d buy a pack and give it a go, see how they would taste on the cast iron with some butter basting (thyme & garlic swimming in the butter).

Ah spinalis. There’s a place called Reds in Ponte Vedra that has it on the menu. 👌🏾

My absolute favorite cut of meat. Price seems decent also. My butcher said something like 54 a lb if I wanted them

There’s an expensive steak house about an hour drive from me that will serve A5 wagyu ribeye caps on their own. Best meal I’ve ever had in my life.

The sad part is now there’s a bunch of capless ribeyes

those are good, Costco used to sell them but I haven’t seen them there in a while.

I’m used to spending 45$ a pound on these

I’ve never been so excited for someone yet so jealous. I tend to buy up the Ribeye caps at Costco whenever they put them out. Awesome haul OP!

My mouth is watering, Those look phenomenal my friend. Converts to about $26-$27 per lb for those who don’t want to do the math. Would love to hear how they come out.

A few years ago that was the “IN” thing. All the high end restaurants had a rib cap on the menu.
