would this hypothetically mean that the entire dish is 400 cal? if this means that the whole bowl is 2 servings, each serving being 200 cal?

    200 kcal, means it’s a relatively small portion.

    I believe you’re right. Two servings at 200 calories a piece. 400 total.

    Edit: I’m saying this based off the picture and the fact that rice can be somewhat deceivingly caloric.

    Yeah honestly like what’s the point just label it 400:-/ but I guess it’s designed for “two portions”

    Assuming this is PE, the nutrition facts state the chicken is 170 calories and the rice is 380. When it shows the calories like that it normally is only talking about the entrée and doesn’t include the side.
