V proud Sourdough NOOB over here! Curing depression 1 boule at a time

Thanks to all the sourdough folks on here. I did a lot of research and landed on a few noob friendly recipes. I love seeing everyone’s posts and all the different methods that are utilized. Starting down the path of baking has changed my life – especially bread. Seriously. I’ve been between jobs and everything has sucked for months now. Baking bread and browsing this sub has given me some small purpose.
