Followed his recipe to the letter, and blending the liver was weird but in the end everything comes together perfectly.

Have you ever made without following it to the T? Wondering if you notice much of a difference.

I had a total fail with this recipe. Blending the chicken liver I dropped my vessel and broke it, ruining my little chopping machine and wasting my livers. Then it took sooo long to simmer trying to reincorporate the fat that never did and the meat turned to gritty mush.

There’s some great guides out there on Sauce-ing pasta correctly, really upped my game on pasta dishes when the sauce clings to the noodles properly

I made this, it was fine. Worth the effort? Fuck no. Ultimate, my ass
I followed it to a T. Way too much meat, far too little tomato. I have it in the freezer not excited to reheat it
I’ve taken some out and i reheat it with a heavy dose of tomato paste
I won’t make his again. I’ll follow another more traditional recipe, but still probably drop the fish oil in at the end
Meanwhile i love cooking from the wok and really enjoy his videos et al
