    What don’t you get? The calories? If 100g = 159kcal, then yes, 190g = 303kcal, as 1g = 1.59kcal, multiply that by 190, and you have 302.1kcals, which is practically 303.

    Uncooked noodles are higher in weight than cooked due to water absorption when cooking, this package is giving you the calories of noodles when cooked

    100g = 159 calories
    10g = 15.9 calories.
    10g x 19 = 15.9 x 19
    190g = 302 calories.

    this is for cooked noodles. so don’t measure your noodles dry, measure them after you cook them.
