A couple really nice filets in a ceramic pan, little butter baste at the end. I’m no expert but really happy with how these came out

    Omg those look heavenly…got my mouth watering lol… I hear that ceramic pans are great for cooking just about anything. How long did you cook on each side? I’m still trying to perfect my steak technique.. right now I use a cast iron skillet, and about 50% of the time they come out great, but it seems next to impossible for me to get that nice crust without overcooking.

    Looks great! I personally prefer slightly less done for filets.
