New York Strip seasoned with salt, garlic powder and pepper. Smoked on my pit boss until 100 internal. Seared on a cast iron. Honestly a little over done for me but it was still delicious and tender.

    So if you did it again, where would you stop on the smoker? Also, what temp/time was the smoke?
