Looking for a new way of making salmon, tired of the same old thing? Now is the time to try my recipe using fresh ginger and pineapple, with a balsamic glaze. This is one of the easiest recipes to make with just a few ingredients. It’s the perfect dish for a busy weeknight dinner that is both nutritious and flavorful. Give it a try tonight!

Ingredients
2 4 -5 ounces of salmon
2 slices of fresh pineapple
1 big knob of fresh ginger
pink Himalayan sea salt
ground black pepper
granulated garlic
balsamic gaze ( store bought or homemade )
Few ounces of unsweetened coconut flakes

Step 1
Chop the pineapple, then using the side of the knife, carefully smash the pineapple.

Step 2
Season the salmon with the salt, pepper and garlic. Grate some of ginger and rub it on
the salmon, then rub on some of the pineapple.

Step 3
Drizzle the salmon with the balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with the coconut flakes.

Step 4
Bake for 15 minutes on 350 degrees.

Step 5
Place the salmon on top a plate of fresh greens and serve.
