    I don’t think that’s very sanitary; especially the way they’re piled up. The back of each one would be touching the food portion. So even if that’s baking parchment paper below the food, a lot of the food would be touching the boards and there’s no guarantee that the boards are safe to eat off…

    You know, sometimes if the vibe is right, a little bit of the logistics can go to the wayside. But there is nothing that vibes about a clipboard. They’re cheap and make me think about work. I don’t want to feel either of those ways at a nice catered event with brie and prosciutto.

  5. That meat is going to be dry and leathery by the time it is served.
