Using the MeatChurch video to smoke a leg of lamb for gyros, but I could only find boneless at Costco.
Decided that meant I needed to use the rotisserie. Super windy today, and I may have had too many coals to start (a full basket). Temp got up to 330. Removed half and it’s doing better. Venom isn’t even kicking on because of the wind.
