Per Se salon- NYC

I wasn't able to get the dining room at Per Se, but I managed a reservation in the salon. It's 5 course instead of 9 in the dining room, but it was still fantastic. The oysters and pearls live up to the hype, the dessert spread was quite impressive, and everything was delicious with impeccable service. Definitely checked all the boxes for a classic fine dining experience, plus we got a great table right in front of the window looking at over Columbus Circle.
