Super smoked at 210 for 3 hours, spritzing with water on the hour, remove the meat and bump the temp to 375, put the meat back on for 10 mins.

Went with Costco pork loin back ribs instead of spare ribs. Anyone tried these?

Happy new years all 🍾🎊🎉

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

That looks delicious. I need to try that. Did a 3-2-1 at 235 the other day and they were way overcooked.
