Smoked a turkey last night for dinner. Made a broth from the carcass, and made a soup/chili with some of the leftover meat.

    “Over the top” turkey chili sounds good…
    Rotisserie that sucker over the chili then shred it up…since you are one of us lucky few that can put a rotisserie on a pellet cooker.
