Baked in the oven. Dry-brine for 24 hours prior. Left dry and dipped. The sauce is a combination of Franks Buffalo wing sauce & Yellowbirds Jalapeño Hot Sauce.

    Sauce in the side is wild. If you don’t need to take a shower after eating wings, did you even really eat wings

    I love a good plain wing I made some the other day in honor of my dad. I brined them for 6 hrs seasoned and fried them hard. Some had sauce some didn’t.
