    salted in fridge 4hrs. 1hr counter rest. seasoning, dab of avocado oil in pan, smokin hot. 3min/side, garlic+thyme+butter on the flip. baste. 10min tent. next time I’ll bump stove temp down one notch. delish

    Looks killer OP! Idk how you feel about using tallow, but for me that’s what bumped my steak game up a tier. A little goes a long way
