



I did 3 hours on smoke on my Pro 34. I think 2.5 or so might have been plenty, but it turned out amazingly!
I make a teriyaki sauce out of soy, honey, sugar, ginger, mirin, hoisin, and sriracha, and let it marinate for about 15 hours.
Will definitely be doing this again!

Looks great. Thanks for the pics, marinade ideas, and method. Smoking meats with teriyaki/honey marinades makes me wish the grill grate was 2 pieces just for easier clean up. Thanks again for inspiring many of us to try this.
