Keto Bread:
Ingredients:

4 Cups Pork Breadcrumbs🌰

Best tasting pork rinds:

1/4 Cup Psyllium husk powder 🌾
12 Large Eggs 🥚
8 oz softened cream cheese
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1 T Baking powder 🥄
1 T Fresh Lemon Juice
1 or 2 sticks melted butter
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350. Put Parchment Paper in a 9×5 Bread Pan.

Mix Wet Ingredients as shown in video.

Mix Dry Ingredients as shown in video.

Combine Dry Ingredients into wet ingredients.

Pour the bread mix into the bread pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 50-70 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out dry or until internal temperature gets to 200° F. If it is getting over brown before it gets there, you can put foil over the top. If in doubt, cut down the middle and bake until done. Turn off oven and leave in hot oven with door cracked for 30 minutes.

Take out of the oven and let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a cooling rack to cool completely before slicing.

Check the bread as it bakes; if the top starts to brown too quickly, you can cover it loosely with foil. Makes 16 slices.

  1. Now be totally honest. Does this really taste good because I’m paying six dollars a loaf for bread and I have not yet found a recipe that taste good enough for I don’t have to buy it … by the way, natures own keto bread is the best

  2. If only there was something healthier than pork grinds would have been the perfect non flour Keto bread ever. Non of them is rubbish it’s gluten free but still using flour that is disease causing. 😊

  3. How is it that sooo many people do NOT understand keto (!)? Keto is NOT low carbs, it is low carbs AND low-to-moderate protein! Eat 2 slices of this guy's high protein bread and get kicked out of ketosis in a matter of 4-hours!

  8. I mean the recipe sounds good but for people trying to lose weight and be healthy this is probably not going to be the best solution with the saturated fat content of the bread and the pork rinds would’ve had be fried in something natural not seed oils or else it’d be extremely unhealthy.

  13. Well— just WOWSER! Yes I had all ingredients- took me a good 30 min to grind 4 C Pork Rinds! And it turned out Good! Best loaf i have made! Its a bit Dense or heavy – 2 lbs!! 🫣 but I sliced a piece of it & slathered with butter and —🫣🙄🤭 oooohhh so Good! ? I do get a rather greasy touch from it – is there any way to lower that? Were my Rinds not best quality ? 🤣 Still I wont Cull any of it ! And buying more pork rinds tomorrow!! TYVM &SHARED!
