Roasted pineapple and 9 scotch bonnets to a light char. Rehydrated two habaneros. Blended with juice of a lime, half tspn salt, bunch of coriander (cilantro), cup of clear vinegar. It's got an instant burn with a slow tail and residing warmth. Sweet and tangy.

Thr cilantro sounds esp nice! (Lime is pretty hit or miss or me though)
However the texture looks quite liquid-y, I don’t mind it that much but I like it thicker so I can use it with anything (on a slice of bread, etc)
