I took your advice after my NordicWare holiday Bundt fail. Made the cake goop- much better result!
Pic 1- 2nd attempt with cake goop and an orange pound cake. Pic 2- 1st attempt with butter only for greasing and a pumpkin espresso pound cake.

Sorry for my ignorance, but what is cake goop?

I’d never heard of cake goop before. I am definitely going to try it out

A product called *Baker’s Joy* also works very well. It’s a mixture of nonstick oil and flour, comes in a spray can. Less messy than making goop; no offense to any diehard goopsters out there.

Looks great! I have this bundt pan, and the trees always look so pretty dusted with powdered sugar!

Nice! I had the same pan and saw your first post. I read and followed everyone’s tips and it came out AMAZING!! Not only beautiful but one of the tastiest crumbs I’ve ever had!

What cake recipe did you use? I used what came with the pan assuming that would be best…and it didn’t even fill the pan the whole way.

That’s a big improvement

Help me decide, two or three tier cake? It’s going to be too big for the wedding party size either way. Also, which flavours should I choose: Vanilla with whipped cream filling; Vanilla with strawberries and cream ; Chocolate cake ; Red velvet with cream cheese ; Lemon cake with raspberries and cream; Coconut with cream ; Vanilla with cookies&cream

That looks so good! I’m sold, I’m asking Santa for a fancy bundt pan next year.
