Low carb garlic cheese bread using the viral cottage cheese flatbread. UNREAL!

    Recipe:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

    Blend:
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 egg
    Salt, pepper, onion powder to taste

    Line small baking sheet with parchment and spray with oil.

    Pour mixture onto baking sheet as thin as you can get it.

    Bake for 30 minutes or until firm

    Remove and glaze with Kerry Gold garlic butter and top with cheese.

    Back into the oven until melted.

    Glaze once more with melted butter.

    ENJOY! My kids devoured this before I could. I considered this my New Years “cheat meal” while everyone else had Olive Garden.
