If you or someone you know is in need of a meal this Thanksgiving, there are several organizations around the Reno-Sparks area offering free meals.
Below is a list of some local organizations that are providing either an in-person sit-and-eat meal or a drive-thru and pick-up-and-cook-yourself meal option for your Thanksgiving dinner:
Catholic Charities in partnership with The Nugget Casino Resort will serve a traditional Thanksgiving meal at the St. Vincent’s Dining Room on Thanksgiving Day from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The meal will include turkey, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and pumpkin pie. There are no requirements to receive a meal.
