I’m new to the keto world and this is my attempt to create a keto version of Iced Caramel Macchiato. How’d I do? Any feedback? Can someone explain the “Sugar Alcohol” grams in the Monkfruit Sweetener?

    Torani Vanilla Sugar Free – take a shot glass, fill it up 3/4 pour it into a glass.

    Ice – dump some ice in the glass

    Silk Almond Milk – pour into glass up until a little over 3/4 of the way up (save room for a double espresso)

    Monkfruit Sweetener – 3/4 of a tbsp into the glass

    Starbucks Espresso Roast – double shot of espresso at the top
