Used my pro 22 to cook a 10lb pork butt and sausage for New years. Pork took 16hrs total, turned out amazing.

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!

Cooked at 225 for 12hrs, wrapped it, and cooked again at 275 until the temp reached 205. Rested it for an hour and a half. Used traeger apple pellets and Utz bold rub.

  3. Looks great. I’m smoking a Tri-Tip on mine as I type this!
