Prime tri-tip smoked on the Silverton, still running strong. oak and cherry pellet mix. SPG seasoned overnight. 225F til it hit target IT temp. rested, let the residual heat dissipate a lil. quick sear 90seconds on each side on cast iron. first time using digi probes.
